- What happens when the trial ends?
- Your data stays where it is and everything remains viewable. Recording a new match requires a subscription.
- How do I cancel?
- Any time, in a few clicks on the billing portal. Every feature stays available until the end of the period you paid for.
- Do I need a credit card for the trial?
- No. The trial starts the moment you register.
- Can I share a report with someone who has no subscription?
- Yes. The report is saved as a single HTML file that opens in any browser — no app and no account needed — and clicking the numbers plays the clips from the online match video.
- What is the difference between Solo and Club?
- The features are the same. With Club you can invite two colleagues into your account and work on the same teams and matches together. Inviting requires an active Club subscription; it isn't available during the trial.
- What happens to members if I cancel Club?
- Membership and all data stay, but members can only view until Club is active again.
- How do I invite someone?
- In the app: Settings → Account → Invite. The invitee accepts with their own account.
- Can I switch plans later?
- From Solo to Club any time, immediately — Paddle prorates the difference. From Club to Solo after Club ends: cancel Club; everything works until the paid period ends, then subscribe to Solo.
