Terms of Service
1. Service provider details
TO BE COMPLETED: the provider's name, registered address, company or registration number, tax number, support email address and the name of the supervisory authority. These terms cannot be published without them.
2. Description of the service
Handball Stats Pro is a Windows desktop application for tagging events on handball match videos and turning them into statistics, shot maps and power-play analysis. Your account and subscription status are stored in the cloud; the match video stays on your own computer.
3. Trial period
Every new account starts with a full-featured 14-day trial, with no credit card required. The trial begins automatically at registration and is available once per user. After it expires, previously recorded data stays viewable, but recording a new match requires a subscription.
4. Subscription and payment
The subscription is billed monthly. Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd., the official reseller of the service (Merchant of Record): Paddle issues the invoice and is responsible for assessing consumer taxes. The provider never sees or stores your card details. TO BE COMPLETED: the current monthly fee and its currency.
5. Cancellation and termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid period — every feature stays available until then.
